Digital Coal Rock Analysis and Measurement Method

1、 Overview:

The digital coal petrography analysis system is derived from the coal test method standard and its description. It is mainly used to detect the proportion and content of coal types before coking, and effectively detect the types of coal before coking.

GB/T 6948-2008 "Method for determination of vitrinite reflectance of coal by microscope", GB/T 155902-2008 "Method for determination of coal microstructure and minerals"

3、 Scope of application:

The digital coal rock analysis system is mainly suitable for industries or departments such as power, coal, papermaking, petrochemicals, cement, agriculture and animal husbandry, medicine, scientific research, and teaching to determine the types of coal in coal.

4、 Usage environment:

One coal and rock sample preparation room, over 10 square meters, 220V voltage, with water supply and drainage, equipped with a small fume hood, stable room temperature, no strong magnetic field interference, and no corrosive gases;

One coal and rock testing room, over 10 square meters, 220V voltage, well decorated, with an operating table, no obvious vibration, good ventilation, stable room temperature, no strong magnetic field interference, and no corrosive gases;

Temperature requirement: ambient temperature of 10-35 ℃;

Humidity requirement: humidity ≤ 85%;

■ Power requirements: Able to adapt to normal voltage fluctuations (a regulated power supply should be added to the engineering part).
